This Sunday is a day dedicated to all things brainy, and it’s all the more relevant for us over 55 year olds. It’s so important for us to keep our brains healthy, so in recognition of this we will have an afternoon tea with brain teasers, puzzles, memory games and a selection of other games and jigsaws. We will also be demonstrating some iPad apps to help train your brain that you can then download on your own device…and use everyday!
