This morning we will be holding an EGM to discuss village bylaws, in compliance with current legislation. All owners and residents are welcome to attend.

This is our Annual Management Meeting, where the management team meet with residents to discuss the running of the village. Sam (Director), Flora (Village Manager) and Anna (Marketing and Events) will speak about how the past year has gone, and what we are looking forward to in the coming year. There will be opportunities for residents to ask questions and chat about any issues that are raised. All residents are welcome to attend.

All residents of the Astra are invited to attend the Residents AGM in the lounge.

This morning is our Annual Management Meeting, where Sam, Aaron and Anna will recap the village’s finances, and talk about any other projects in the pipeline. This is a great opportunity for residents to ask questions about village life. We will finish the meeting with a morning tea, provided by BBARV.

It is that time of year again, and we will be having our Annual General Meeting here in the lounge today. All residents and owners are welcome to attend.

There will be an AGM for all residents in the lounge at 4pm today. Committee members will be elected. Bring your agenda papers with you, and if you wish to nominate ask the office for more details.

We will be having an Extraordinary General Meeting this morning to discuss a number of things relating to the village. All owners and residents are welcome.

All residents are invited to the Village Operator's AMM for 2018, where we will give a run down on all Village activities for the last financial year. We will cover a number of topics, including giving information about the proposed common area renovations, and giving residents a chance to ask questions or give feedback. Followed by tea and coffee, we'd love to see you there!

Residents are invited to come to a free presentation by the Secretary of the Retirement Villages Residents Association. You will be given information about the RVRA, and what they can do for you as residents of a Retirement Village.  

Please can all owners come to the Owners' Corporation AGM for 2017 this Tuesday morning. Nominations are invited for membership of the Executive Committee. If you cannot attend, please make sure you fill in a proxy form and nominate someone to be your proxy. 

We invite all residents to attend an informal meeting to discuss the upcoming AGM and to chat with BBARV Director, Sam Jackson. Sam and the Executive Committee will answer any questions or concerns that you have, and give an indication of what the future could hold for the Astra. Exciting times!
