Get ready for a health and wellbeing afternoon hosted by Robert Hayes, the NSW Group Presenter for Revitalife. His presentation will focus on healthy exercise, healthy nutrition, reducing pain, improving sleep and exciting new research into Dementia and reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Residents are invited to interact with Revitalife's new Therapeutic Sleep System and Therapeutic Lift Recliner Chair throughout the day, and to ask any questions they might have during the presentation. As a way of thanking the residents for coming, we will be drawing a $50 VISA gift card on the day for one lucky attendee.
