Ownership details

Units are available in the Bondi Beach Astra Retirement Village on both a strata title and a registered long term lease basis.

Bondi Beach Astra Retirement Village Pty Limited is the village operator and is responsible for the provision of services and facilities in the Astra.

If you purchase a strata title unit, you will enter into an agreement with the vendor to purchase the property as well as a retirement village contract with Bondi Beach Astra Retirement Village Limited as operator of the village.

If you purchase a registered long term lease, you will be granted a 99 year lease of the property by Bondi Beach Astra Retirement Village Pty Limited and the schedule to your lease incorporates the retirement village contract. The advantage of a long term lease is you are not liable for stamp duty on your purchase.
